The Office of Distance Education has featured Mason's online Spanish courses in its newsletter. Spanish online courses incluce SPAN 101: Elementary Spanish 1; SPAN 102: Elementary Spanish 2; SPAN 115: Review of Elementary Spanish; SPAN 210: Intermediate Spanish and SPAN 370: Spanish Writing and Stylistics.
Technology tools implemented in these courses to encourage student participation and learning personalization include, among others: Blackboard, Kaltura, VoiceThread and Twitter.
